A spirited performance from Nsoatreman Football Club has seen the team defeat Real Tamale United (RTU) 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League.
The two teams locked horns today in a Week 27 encounter of the ongoing league season.
In a game played at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, RTU performed well in the first half and equalized to open the scoring in the 28th minute.
A strike from Mohammed Mankuyeli meant that RTU went into the break with a narrow lead.
However, after recess, Nsoatreman FC put up an impressive fight that saw the team come from behind to steal the victory.
An injury-time equalizer by Collins Kudjoe won the game for the visitors, giving the side three crucial points to take back home.
The win means Nsoatreman FC climbs to 4th on the Ghana Premier League table while RTU stays bottom of the league log after 27 games this season.
