The Ghana Premier League champions are locking horns with the African giants in a Round 5 game in Group D.
Ahead of kick-off, Medeama technical director Augustine Evans Adotey who will be leading the team has named a strong starting eleven.
Highly-rated goalkeeper Felix Kyei is in post and will have protection from a back four that includes Kobina Amoah.
Other players in the starting eleven of Medeama SC include Nana Kofi Babil, Emmanuel Lomotey, as well as Manuel Mantey.
