English-born Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Duah's transfer to Bulgarian First League side PFC Ludogorets Razgrad has been finalized, as confirmed by Bundesliga 2 outfit FC Nürnberg.

The 26-year-old footballer successfully underwent mandatory medical examinations, clearing the path for him to secure a deal with the reigning Bulgarian champions in preparation for the upcoming football season.

Dieter Hecking, Sports Executive at 1. FC Nürnberg, acknowledged that the decision to let Duah go was influenced by both sporting and economic factors.

In his statement, Hecking mentioned that the club recognized the potential benefits from transfer fees, prompting them to accept the transfer request.

Hecking said, "This transfer was a consideration for us in terms of both sporting and economic aspects. It's no secret that 1. FC Nürnberg could benefit from transfer fees at the moment. So, we decided to agree to the transfer request."

In 33 matches for FCN, the London-born scored 11 goals and provided one assist.
