Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan discusses sports, youth empowerment with President of Zanzibar

Ghana great, Asamoah Gyan is currently in Zanzibar where he has held a fruitful discussion with President Dr. Hussein Mwinyi.

Among the things discussed include sports, an area the former Black Stars captain is well-vested in.

During the meeting, Asamoah Gyan also had talks with the Zanzibar President on youth empowerment and community development.

Thrilled about the discussions and the opportunity to meet with His Excellency Dr. Hussein Mwinyi, the Ghana legend has described it as an honour.

In a post on X, Asamoah Gyan said he looks forward to further collaboration with the President of Zanzibar.

"Honored to meet His Excellency Dr. Hussein Mwinyi, the President of Zanzibar 🇹🇿. An inspiring discussion on sports, youth empowerment, and community development. Looking forward to our collaborative efforts to uplift and inspire the next generation,” Asamoah Gyan said.
