Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak has directed their players to return to training tomorrow after canceling out the team's one week break.

Earlier today, the management of the Phobians in consultation with the technical team decided to hand the team a one-week break on the back of the decision by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to suspend the ongoing 2019/2020 season after the government announced that a ban has been put on all sporting activities.

In a post on Hearts of Oak's Twitter page this afternoon, they have changed their earlier decision and have indicated that training will continue at the Pobiman Park on Wednesday.

“There has been a change in our programme and, the team will, therefore, resume training tomorrow morning at Pobiman”, the statement said.

The team will be closely monitored by the medical team of the club and will be required to follow all the hygienic practices put out by the health ministry.
