Assistant coach for Ghana Premier League side Aduana Stars, W.O Tandoh has launched a staggering attack on the Ghanaian media as he accuses them of being bias towards his team.

According to the coach, though Aduana Stars are the defending champions of the league, the media refuses to recognize them as such. This he belies is unfair and wreaks of the bias nature of the media in the country.

Speaking to journalists after his team’s goalless draw with Hearts of Oak on Sunday, Coach W.O Tandoh said, “The media in this country look bias towards Aduana. Aduana is the league champions. We are the defending champions”.

He added, “When have you heard on any media platform that you are going to play against the defending champions. But rather you will read people saying Aduana and they think about Hearts and Kotoko and they are uplifting them”.

“Are they better than Aduana? No. They are older than Aduana but Aduana is the defending champions. So I want to urge you the journalists to correct yourselves”, Coach W.O Tandoh concluded.

Following a good start to the Ghana Premier League season, Aduana Stars sits 3rd on the table and on the same points [17] with Berekum Chelsea who is leading the pack.
