The Black Starlets continued with preparations for their second Group B match against Togo in the WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations.
Ghana must avoid defeat against Togo to progress to the next round of the competition after losing to Nigeria in the opening match.
The Black Starlets lost 4-2 to the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria in the opener and will be aiming to bounce back against Togo on Friday.
The Starlets despite winning the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations twice has failed to impress in recent years having finished 2nd in 2017 after losing 1-0 to Mali in the final.
They will be hoping to break the five year jinx with a host and win mentality as a slot at the TotalEnergies Africa U-17 Cup of Nations tournament in Algeria beckons.
