According to the former Black Stars midfielder, the target is for his Black Starlets to secure qualification for the next edition of the TotalEnergies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.

“The WAFU tournament is important to me and the entire nation because since 2017 we have not qualified to that major tournament before and for us as a technical team, that’s our topmost priority since we were appointed,” coach Laryea Kingston said as quoted on the website of the Ghana FA.

The 2024 WAFU Zone B U17 Cup of Nations tournament is set to kick off in Ghana on Wednesday, May 15.
