Fortunately settling in after that setback, the away team drew level in ye 21st minute when Justice Tortsutsey equalized with a fine effort.

Three minutes later, an Enoch Asubonteng goal shot WAFA SC into the lead for the first time in the match after mounting several attacks on the away team.

In a dramatic end to the first half, Stephen Amankona registered his name on the scoresheet to bring Berekum Chelsea level and a chance to fight for a win in the second half.

Unfortunately, WAFA SC had the upper hand in the second half and as a result finished by bagging the maximum three points courtesy of a third goal from in-form Abdul Basit Issah.
