2021 Ghana Premier League: Coach Prosper Nartey confident WAFA will bounce back from disappointing draw with Kotoko

WAFA head coach Prosper Nartey is confident his outfit will bounce back to winning ways following their disappointing draw against Asante Kotoko at home.

The Academy Boys were held to a 1-1 draw at the Red Bull arena at Sogakope on match day nine of the Ghana Premier League

Daniel Lomotey gave WAFA the lead in the first half but Kwame Opoku snatch a point for he Porcupine Warriors on Sunday.

Coach Nartey remains confident of making up for the lost points when WAFA travel away on the next match day.

"I am very disappointed about the outcome of the game because I believe we were better.

"We are created a lot of chances and should have won," he said after the game.

"Going on the road to Cape – Coast we will look at certain basic things involving our tactical approach when we are playing away.

He added, "The field at Cape – Coast there is good equally like ours and on a good day we can deliver."

"We have been able to win away at Techiman so we can win in Cape – Coast."

WAFA take on Ebusua Dwarfs on matchday 10 of the Ghana Premier League.
