2023 Afcon U-23: Black Meteors holds final training session ahead of tonight’s game against Morocco

Black Meteors held their final training session this morning ahead of tonight’s game against Morocco. 

Both teams won their opening Group A matches and a win for either side could boost their chances of qualifying to the semi-finals stage.

Ghana beat Congo 3-2 substitute Emmanuel Yeboah scored twice and Ernest Nuamah netted one goal. Morocco defeated Guinea 2-1 in their first game.

Samuel  Abbey-Ashie Quaye is available for selection after serving his mandatory suspension.

The Accra Great Olympics FC player has been cleared to play in Ghana's second Group match against Morocco and the subsequent matches in the tournament.

Gabonese Referee Tanguy Patrice Mebiame will take charge of Ghana’s U23 Africa Cup of Nations group game against Morocco this evening.

He will be assisted by Joel Wonka Wonka Doe from Liberia and Dimbiniaina Andriatianrivelo from Madagascar.

Fourth Official for the match is Adalbert Diouf from Senegal and Issaka Adamou from Niger is Match Commissioner.

After Tuesday's game, Ghana will travel to Tangier where they will face Guinea in the last group match on Friday, June 30.
