The Ghanaian trio of Memphis Depay, Brian Brobbey and Jeremie Frimpong has been included in the Netherlands provisional squad for the 2024 European Championship.
The 2024 Euros is just one month away from kicking off in Germany.
Ahead of the tournament, Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman has today named his provisional squad.
The squad includes two players who are of Ghanaian descent.
The first, player is experienced forward Memphis Depay. He is one of the quality attackers in the provisional squad of the Dutch.
The second player, Jeremie Frimpong has been a star for Bayer Leverkusen this season and played a key role to help the team to win the German Bundesliga title.
The other player who is of Ghanaian descent is Ajax striker Brian Brobbey. The forward has been one of the top players for the Dutch giants this season amid their struggles.
The three players will now hope to make it to the final Netherlands squad for the Euros next month.
