Aduana Stars youngster Caleb Amankwah named MOTM against Medeama SC
Aduana Stars defender Amankwah Caleb was adjudged the Man of the Match following his impressive performance in their 1-0 win over Medeama SC on match day seven of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The 22-year-old won the Nasco Man of the Match prize after helping the current champions secure all three points at the Nana Agyemang-Badu Park in Dormaa.
Yahaya Mohammed scored late to send the Ogya lads top of the league table with 16 points, two points adrift second place Berekum Chelsea who lost 2-1 to Bechem United.
Caleb has been one of the standout players for Aduana Stars FC, having featured all seven games so fra this term and conceding only three goals in the process.
Aduana FC will travel to Cape Coast to face Ebusua Dwarfs on match day eight on the on-going league Wednesday.
