Black Satellites coach Desmond Offei says his outfit are in good spirit ahead of their game against Uganda on Friday.

The Ghana U20 team will go head-to-head with Young Cranes of Uganda at the Accra Sports Stadium in the final match of the 2023 African Games men's football tournament

The Black Satellites soar into African Games final with last-minute winner over Senegal. Substitute Michael Ephson emerged the hero of the night, scoring the winning goal in the 83rd minute to send the Black Satellites to the final.

Coach Desmond Offei and his charges are hoping to follow in the footsteps of the female national U20 team, the Black Princesses by winning Gold.

Speaking ahead of the match, Desmond Offei says the team is in good spirit as he anticipates an exciting final between Ghana and Uganda.

“The boys are in good spirit and I think we were ready from the beginning of the tournament as mentioned before. We had to work really hard to get to the final. We’ve done all our homework and is going to be an exciting final for everybody, especially for the fans” he said at the pr-match conference.

Desmond Offei will be hoping to write his name into the history books of Ghana football by clinching the ultimate.
