All Blacks PRO commends Referee Boakye
The Public Relations Officer of Swedru All Blacks, Joshua Lamptey has lauded referee Andrews Boakye for his fairness in their league game against Venomous Vipers fortnight ago.
The All Blacks spokesperson reiterated that the knight of the whistle officiated their game against Vipers very well and he needed to be commended.
“There are some very good referees in the system and I must confess. Referee Andrews Boakye who handled our game with Vipers is one of them,” Lamptey told footballmadeinghana.com
“I am very hopeful the Match Commissioner and the match observer will write a good report about him.” “We lambast and criticize referees when they perform abysmal so we must also praise them if they are up to the task,”
Various referees have come under attack by fans and club officials in the past few years because of alleged poor officiating. The recent one was referee Limann who officiated Sharks vs Medeama at Elmina.
