Alleged: Nyantakyi resigns from FIFA ExCo

Ghana FA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi is alleged to have resigned from the FIFA Executive Committee.

According to sources, the Ghana GA boss tended in his resignation letter on Wednesday after the premiering of the Anas Expose video on Corruption in Ghana Football.

Nyantakyi is yet to come out with reasons for his alleged decision to part ways with the World Football governing body though many people have attributed it to the Expose.

The astute football administrator and lawyer has been the head of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) since 2005 and the President of West African Football Union Zone B since 2011.

He has also served as a member of the FIFA Organising Committee for Olympic Football, the FIFA Associations Committee and has been an Executive Committee member at the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
