Ashanti Gold wrap up signing of former Kotoko defender Atta Kusi

Ghana Premier League giant, Obuasi Ashanti Gold has wrapped up the signing of former Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender Atta Kusi.

The player left the Porcupine Warriors back in 2017 when he mutually parted ways after seeing out his contract.

The 26-year-old has penned a two-year contract with the Miners and will join the squad this weekend when they resumed training.

It is believed that the signing is part of efforts by the Obuasi based club to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season where they will be expected to participate in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Atta Kusi who is a former Liberty Professionals and Amidaus Professionals player will be hoping to cement a place in his new team to get his career back on track.
