AshantiGold to play King Faisal in friendly
Ghana Premier League giants Obuasi Ashanti Gold SC has invited Division One outfit King Faisal for a club friendly slated for Sunday, 17 February.
The clash will be honoured at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium, home of former MTN FA Cup champions on Sunday at exactly 15:00GMT.
The encounter is said to be a preparatory match to keep the players fit and good shape awaiting Ghana FA Normalization committee after the sudden cancellation of the Special Competition which was scheduled to kick-off on Sunday at the various match centers.
Both sides going into the game will have it as a test to access their newly recruited players who were due to have the league played in the 2019/20 season.
It will be the first time both sides engage in a club friendly this season.
