Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bechem United Nana Kwesi Darlington has disclosed that his outfit will remain in camp despite the suspension of the Ghana Premier League due to coronavirus.

On Sunday, the Ghana Football Association released a statement to suspend all its competitions with immediate effect until further notice following the directives given by the President of the Republic.

Ghana join a host of other countries to break their league due to the rapid spread of the CONVID-19, however, Bechem United do not intend to break camp and will continue to prepare ahead of the resumption of the league.

"The players are still in camp and we are yet to release them", Nana Kwesi Darlington told Asempa FM.

"What if we allow the players to go home and they get infected by the disease. So we intend to keep them here in camp.

"Plans have been put in place for the players to be tested to ensure they are safe whilst in camp".

Bechem United are currently 8th on the league standings with 22 points after 15 matches played thus far in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
