The Black Starlets, Ghana's national under-17 football team, held a recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, following their impressive 5-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the opening match of the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship.
Led by head coach Laryea Kingston, the team engaged in a series of exercises designed to promote both physical and mental recovery. The session was crucial in ensuring that the players are in top form for their upcoming matches in the tournament.
