FC Samartex striker, Mohammed Alhassan Mankuyeli has assured that they are working tirelessly to leave a mark ahead of their maiden Africa campaign.

The Ghana Premier League champions will clash with Cameroonian side, Victoria United FC in the first leg of the preliminary round of games in the CAF Champions League on Sunday, August 18 at the Japoma Stadium.

Ahead of the clash, the former Real Tamale United (RTU) striker says they are determined to leave a mark on the continent.

"We are the Ghana League champions, and we’re determined to leave our mark in the CAF Champions League," he told Graphic Sports.

"As debutants, we’ve been working hard to ensure we progress in this competition, starting with a victory in the first preliminary round," the striker added.

The return leg is slated to be hosted at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, August 25.
