Cluj President confirms Ghana forward Emmanuel Yeboah could leave
The president of CFR Cluj, Cristi Balaj, has revealed that Ghana forward Emmanuel Yeboah could leave the club this summer because there are clubs interested in signing him.
Major League Soccer outfit CF Montreal have reportedly tabled a juicy offer for the former Young Apostles attacker to transfer him from the Romanian club.
Balaj revealed the 20-year-old Black Meteors player is among a number of players clubs have expressed interest in.
"We are talking about very good players, and it's normal for there to be interest in them.
"We also have a limit for departures, but if there are good offers, people are interested in Yeboah, who was the top scorer in the U23 Africa Cup of Nations, he is of interest. There's also Krasniqi, and we are pleased to have interest from some clubs.
"Don't think that we are giving away the whole team, the objective of winning the championship remains," Cristi Balaj said, according to Prima Sport.
