Published on: 21 April 2024

Crystal Palace manager, Oliver Glasner, is preparing for a challenging match against West Ham's formidable attack on Sunday, April 21st.

Glasner specifically highlighted the threat posed by Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus, while also acknowledging the overall offensive strength of West Ham.

In a pre-match interview, Glasner expressed his concern, stating, "When you see their offense with Bowen, with Antonio, the physicality, Souček always making the runs in the box. Kudus, a brilliant one-to-one player, Paqueta, a fantastic player... they have a lot of strength, and we have to be ready for this game."

Kudus, who has made a significant impact in his debut Premier League season with West Ham, is known for his versatility as an attacking midfielder.

He has showcased his prowess across various positions and has already accumulated an impressive record of seven goals and four assists in just 28 league appearances, having previously played for Ajax.

Mohammed Kudus has started for West Ham while Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp are on the bench for Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace, currently positioned 15th in the Premier League standings, faces a substantial challenge in containing Kudus and the rest of West Ham's attacking prowess.

With West Ham comfortably sitting in 8th place and aiming for European qualification, the upcoming match promises an intriguing clash, with Kudus potentially stealing the spotlight.
