Retired Ghanaian footballer Dan Quaye is seeking forgiveness from Hearts of Oak Board Member Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe after speaking against him.

Dan Quaye who played for the Phobians during his playing days in an interview earlier this week spoke against the football administrator while accusing him of lacking ideas.

Following several backlashes in the last couple of days for what many has termed as disrespect, Dan Quaye has apologized to Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe.

“I'm a former player of the team and I will not speak against the board members again. Dr. Nyaho should forgive me because he's my father”, the former Phobian told West FM.

He added, “I will advise the new players in the club to show commitment so they can leave a legacy”.

Meanwhile, a statement from Hearts of Oak has condemned former players who speak against Board Members of the club and has charged them to desist from making unguarded statements.
