Former Asante Kotoko and Dreams FC defender Habib Mohammed has agreed a three-year deal with South African side Sekhukhune United, Footballghana.com can report.

The enterprising defender left Asante Kotoko before the start of the Ghana Premier League campaign to join Dreams FC.

He left Ghana to South Africa few days ago and has agreed to a three-year deal ahead of next season.

The former Ghana U-23 player will officially join his new outfit next season since the club has exhausted their foreign quota.

“A deal has been agreed to between the player and Sekhukhune United although the club has exhausted its foreign quota and my understanding is that this defender is part of the plans for next season for the team,” said the source.

The 24-year-old is expected to return to Dreams FC until the end of the season before he will depart to join his new club in South Africa.
