The scouts of Hearts keenly watched Ibrahim in this season's Premier League and were left impressed by the skill he displayed on the field.
The 19 year old has been a key part of the Sure Wonders side this season, playing 16 matches in all competitions before the league was suspended.
Footballghana.com understands that Ibrahim has been on Kotoko's radar but Hearts of Oak have shown serious interest for him.
