Ghanaian winger Fatawu Issahaku was sent off in Leicester City's 3-1 defeat to Coventry in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Issahaku who has been a key player in recent games for the Foxes started the encounter at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Van Ewijk lost possession, allowing Dewsbury-Hall to chase. Bobby Thomas charged in and, although winning the ball, the defender caught the Leicester player with the follow through.

In the 44th minute, Dewsbury-Hall sent Brad Collins the wrong way after referee Darren England pointed to the spot.

Just before halftime, Fatawu, who had earlier received a warning from Wout Faes to cool down, cleaned out Jake Bidwell and was promptly given a red card.

Coventry then capitalise on the red card and scored three goals through Callum O'Hare's two goals and Milan van Ewijk's strike.

Leicester City will play Ipswich in their next league game.
