Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Prince Acquah is on the brink of joining Ghana Premier League newcomers, Nations FC, according to a report by kwamefilla.com.

The 29-year-old recently featured for Skyy FC during the second round of the 2022/23 football season, contributing to the Daboase-based club's impressive second-place finish in the Division One League and semifinal run in the MTN FA Cup.

The experienced midfielder boasts a wealth of experience, having previously played for Aduana FC and Heart of Lions following his departure from Asante Kotoko.

Nations FC recently secured promotion from Zone 2 of the Division One League and are assembling a competitive squad to make their debut in the Ghana Premier League.

The addition of Prince Acquah to their ranks appears to be imminent, as negotiations between the player and the club are reportedly in an advanced stage.

Nations FC are gearing up for the start of the Ghana Premier League campaign, and their first test will be against MTN FA Cup holders, Dreams FC, in the season opener at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
