Ghana forward Ernest Nuamah scores to help FC Nordjaelland beat Brøndby IF in Danish top-flight

Ghana international Ernest Nuamah Appiah was in fine form when FC Nordjaelland defeated Brøndby IF in the Danish Super Liga on Sunday.

The Black Stars winger started and lasted 87 minutes as his outfit inflicted a 3-1 home win over their opponent.

The visitors opened the scoring through Nicolai Vallys after 37 minutes into the clash at the Right to Dream Park as they went to recess with a one goal advantage.

But a spirited performance from the home team saw them to secure victory at the end of the game.

Marcus Ingvartsen scored to level the pegging after connecting from Ibrahim Osman’s pass before Nuamah scored to put Nordjaelland up in the game.

Danish international Martin Frese secured victory for Nordjaelland after founding the back of the net in the 80th minute mark to make it 3-1 at the end of the game.

Nuamah has been explosive for Nordjaelland this season, he scored a hat-trick in the season opener against Viborg.

He now has 4 goals in three games for Nordjaelland who are seeking to annex the league title this campaign.
