Ghana forward Ibrahim Osman has joined his Brighton and Hove Albion teammates for their pre-season tour in Japan.

The 19-year-old signed with the Seagulls during the summer transfer window, moving from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland on a five-year contract.

Osman ended his vacation early to officially join the club's preparations last week and trained with the team at the Amex Sporting Complex.

Eager for his debut Premier League season, the promising attacker was included in the squad for the Japan tour.

While in Japan, Brighton will participate in various activities, including friendly matches against Kashima Antlers and Tokyo Verdy.

"To meet new people and a new environment," said Osman in a quickfire interview with the squad.

Last season, Osman had an impressive run with Nordsjaelland, scoring six goals and providing seven assists in 26 matches.

He also made his Ghana debut in March 2024, playing in a friendly against Nigeria in Morocco.
