Ghana Premier League matchday 10 report: Liberty trash Aduana at Carl Reindolf Park

Liberty crowned a superb performance with a 5-2 win over Aduana Stars at the Carl Reindolf Park on matchday 10.

Aduana Stars got off to a flying start inside just 10 minutes through the strike of talisman Yahaya Mohammed. The celebrations were short-lived however as Mubarak Alhassan showed his clinical ability to bring the Scientific Soccer lads level in the 17th minute.

Aduana Stars showed determination and were rewarded in the 25th minute. Yahaya Mohammed got his brace and brought his team back in the driving seat.

The hosts fought back once again. Wayo was brought down in the box and a penalty was awarded which was finished by Elvis-Kyei Baffour in the 27th minute.

Liberty Professionals came back fired up from the break and got a goal in the 55th minute. Mubarak Alhassan gave them their first lead of the game with his brace.

They did not stop there. Substitute Nuhu Abass made an immediate impact and gave the hosts a two goal cushion in the 70 minute.

The hosts added more insult to injury at the dying embers of the game. Elvis-Kyei Baffour secured his brace to make it a satisfying score line for Liberty.
