Black Stars B assistant coach, Godwin Attram, has expressed his confidence that the nation will become a force in football on all national levels again within six years.

The various national teams have struggled to achieve success in the last few years. The Black Stars in particular have endured heartbreaks in the AFCON, losing in the final in 2015 and bowing out in the round of 16 in 2019.

They also failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The Black Meteors also endured a major set back, failing to qualify to the Olympics after losing penalty shootouts to Ivory Coast and South Africa.

The other levels have also failed in some objectives.

Despite all these, Attram believes that things are in place to bring success to Ghana in the next four to six years.

“It is good that we have a new GFA President Kurt Okraku. Within four to six years, you will see that Ghana will bounce back in all national levels. You will see great players in our national team (Black Stars),” he told Joy FM.
