Friday morning saw a thrilling match in the Chinese Super League as Zhejiang Professional secured a 5-2 victory over Nantong Zhiyun FC.

The game, which took place at the Yellow Dragon Sports Center Stadium, witnessed Dutch-born Ghanaian attacker Deabeas Owusu-Sekyere score a crucial goal for his team.

Before the game, the head-to-head record between the two teams stood at two wins for Zhejiang Professional, one win for Nantong Zhiyun FC, and three draws. Owusu-Sekyere was included in the starting lineup for Zhejiang Professional and played for 73 minutes.

The match started with Zhejiang Professional dominating possession and shots. In the 13th minute, Zhejiang's Franko Andrijasevic scored a header from the center of the box to the bottom left corner, assisted by Qian Jiegei with a cross following a corner.

Zhejiang Professional regained the lead in the 37th minute with Jean Kouassi's right-footed shot from a difficult angle on the left to the top left corner, assisted by Li Tixiang.

Owusu-Sekyere extended Zhejiang Professional's lead in the 45th minute with a right-footed shot from the left side of the box to the bottom left corner, assisted by Franko Andrijasevic following a set-piece situation.
