Ghanaian defender Terry Yegbe scores brace to inspire Elfsborg’s comeback win over BK Hacken

Ghanaian defender Terry Yegbe delivered a top class performance to help IF Elfsborg secure a crucial away win over BK Hacken in the Swedish top-flight.

The former Black Meteors marksman lasted the entire duration as his outfit cruised to a 5-3 win over Hacken at the Bravida Arena on Sunday.

Yegbe found the back of the net twice for Elfsborg as he inspired his outfit to secure maximum points in the much-anticipated encounter.

The home team opened the scoring through Simon Gustafson after 22 minutes into the game but Elfsborg swiftly responded with an equalizer through Sebastian Holmén in the 26th minute.

The home team found the back of the net again in the 66th minute, restoring their lead in the much-anticipated clash.

Hacken came close to snatching the three maximum points in the game but the Ghanaian defender stepped up again to pull parity on stoppage time.

However, it was the visitors, who finally snatch victory in the game following two quick goals in additional time.

Per Frick and Arbër Zeneli found the back of the net in injury time as Elfsborg came from behind to secure maximum points in the game.
