Hammarby IF has strengthened its squad with the addition of Raymond Dwomoh, a promising young center-back from Ghana's Jayash Soccer Academy.

The talented youngster joins the Swedish club on a year-long loan, with an option to make the move permanent.

"Raymond is a young and very capable center-back that we scouted in Ghana. After competing with other clubs, we are very happy that he chose to join Hammarby. We have high hopes for him, and it will be a lot of fun to follow Raymond in Bajen," said Hammarby's sports manager Mikael Hjelmberg.

Founded in 1897, Hammarby IF is one of Sweden's oldest and most respected football clubs. Based in Stockholm, the team has a rich history of success, including a Swedish league title in 2001 and numerous appearances in European competitions.

Known for its passionate fan base and attacking football, Hammarby has produced several top talents, making it an ideal environment for Dwomoh to develop his career.
