Ghana and West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC striker Richard Danso has landed in Tunisia ahead of a possible move to Ligue 1 side Club Africain, according to Ghanasoccernet sources.

The sources claim the Black Satellites star will be signing in the coming days.

The 18-year-old is set to start training with the U-21 side on Sunday with the first team away for the CAF Champions League game against APR FC in Rwanda.

Danso was a key contributor for the Ghana squad which played at the FIFA U-17 World Cup last year in India.

He was influential for the Sogakope side in the first half of the Zylofon Cash Premier League season.

The highly-rated youngster was instrumental for the Black Satellites at the 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

Meanwhile, football in the country has been halted following the premiering of the investigative piece by ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas on corruption in Ghana football where top GFA officials and several referees were caught on camera taking a bribe.
