Executive Board Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV has disclosed how much has been invested in building the club’s secretariat.

The Ghanaian giants are on the verge of completing the ongoing Pobiman Project which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Speaking at the 6th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, His Royal Majesty revealed that the project is 95 per cent and also shared that a total amount of GHS 9 million has been invested into the project.

“The club’s old secretariat known as “Phobia House ” was pulled down in May 2022 to make way for a modern headquarters building.

"This structure is also about 95% complete as of the time of this report, with about GHS9 million invested so far. Part of this ultra-modern edifice will be leased out to help generate revenue," he added.

The Ultra Modern Training Complex, when completed, will be housed with Staff Residence, Senior Housing Unit, GYM, Training Centers (Pitches), Laundry, Swimming Pool, Lockers, Toilet Facilities, Kitchen and Dining Hall.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak will host Bibiani Gold Stars in the Matchday 24 games at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
