Former Hearts of Oak forward Olenu Ashittey has revealed that he does not regret making the switch from the Phobians to arch rivals Asante Kotoko.

The 25 year old waited for his contract to run down before moving to the Kumasi-based giants, much to the shock of many.

In his interview however, he revealed that he made the move because of the 'good money' he was offered.

“I don’t regret and I’ll never regret leaving Hearts of Oak for Kotoko,” Ollenu told Sikka FM

“I left Hearts of Oak for Asante Kotoko because of the ‘good money’ they offered me. Life is all about money after God.”

The Porcupine Warriors let him go in 2018. Ashittey has now joined Techiman City after seeing his contract terminated by Great Olympics.
