Dreams FC organise dinner to refresh after intense CAF Confederation Cup campaign

The President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku, attended Dreams FC's team dinner at the AH Hotel in East Legon, Accra on Tuesday.

The dinner was held to celebrate the team's impressive performance in the CAF Confederation.

Dreams FC exceeded expectations by reaching the semifinals of the competition in their first attempt. Their journey came to an end last Sunday with a 3-0 defeat to Egyptian powerhouse, Zamalek.

Despite a goalless draw in the first leg in Cairo, Dreams FC couldn't secure a victory and exited the competition with a 3-0 aggregate score.

Nevertheless, Dreams FC created history by becoming the first Ghanaian team to reach the semifinals of the tournament in 20 years.

There is still hope for Dreams FC to return to the competition if they win this season's FA Cup.

They will face Soccer Intellectuals on Thursday in a crucial match that could secure them a place in the semifinals.
