WAFU Zone B U-17 tournament will be hosted at the University of Ghana Stadium - Henry Asante Twum

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has revealed that the University of Ghana Stadium will be the venue for the upcoming WAFU Zone B U-17 tournament.
The tournament, which will take place from May 15th to May 29th, will see the participation of several West African teams.
GFA Communications Director, Henry Asante Twum, confirmed the news, expressing gratitude to the authorities for their cooperation. "We have spoken to the authorities and they have accepted that the University of Ghana Stadium will be the place to host the tournament," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
In addition to the stadium, four training pitches have been selected for the teams to prepare for the tournament. These include Achimota School Park, the athletic oval at the University of Ghana, Sarbah Hall Park at the University of Ghana, and Union Park, also within the University of Ghana.
The teams are expected to start arriving in Ghana on May 10th, giving them five clear days to acclimatize and prepare for the opening ceremony and the first game of the tournament.
