Ghana star, Mohammed Kudus, believes he has made a significant impact in his debut season with West Ham United, showcasing his talent in the highly competitive Premier League, which he considers the best league in the world.

The 23-year-old has been a standout player for the Hammers ever since his transfer from Ajax last summer. Impressively, Kudus has netted a total of 13 goals across various competitions.

Within the Premier League, he has scored seven goals in 32 appearances, while also contributing six assists.

Moreover, Kudus has found the back of the net five times in nine Europa League matches and once in three EFL Cup games.

Reflecting on his first season in an interview with West Ham's official website, Kudus expressed his satisfaction with his performance.

“I followed my gut and dream to move here and believed I was ready. When I decided to make this move to the best league in the world, I knew I was ready to take that step and I wanted to test myself.

“There have been ups and downs throughout the season, but I know there are more ways to improve my game.

“I’ve definitely announced myself here and I am happy that it has gone in that direction for the first season.”
