Kotoko set to sign defender Christopher Nakai Nettey
Footballghana.com can report that Kumasi Asante Kotoko is set to complete the signing of defender Christopher Nakai Nettey to help the defensive set-up of the team during the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The Attram de Visser player has reportedly been in talks with the Porcupine Warriors and is now close to inking the dotted lines that will make his move to Kumasi official.
Sources say that the 21-year-old right-back has been offered a three-year-contract which could be extended if he manages to take his chances and impress at the end of his first season.
In the last Ghana Premier League season in 2017, Christopher Nakai Nettey played as a loan player at Accra Great Olympics where he established himself as one of their key members.
With his transfer expected to complete in the next couple of days, he will become the first signing since Maxwell Konadu took over as the head coach of the Porcupine Warriors.
