Swiss-Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Duah has bid farewell to German second-tier 1. FC Nürnberg after his move to Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad.

Nürnberg released a statement confirming an agreement with the Bulgarian giants for the transfer of the London-born player.

The 26-year-old expressed his gratitude to the club for the time spent with them in the last year and is looking forward to teaming up with his new side.

"Firstly, I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at the club for the past year. Even though it didn't go as well as we all wanted on the sporting side, I felt very comfortable in Nürnberg," Duah said to the club.

"I will gladly come back to Valznerweiher, the stadium, and the city. For me, a new chapter begins now in a club with international ambitions. I'm looking forward to it."

In 33 matches for Nürnberg, the London-born scored 11 goals and provided one assist.
