Ghanaian youngster Godwin Bentil is regarded as one of Le Havre's most promising youngsters and he will be among the first-team squad next season, according to Graphic Sports.

The 19-year-old scored four goals in seven matches for the youth team of Le Havre before the season was ended due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Bentil is set to replace fellow Ghanaian Ebenezer Assifuah who has left for FC Pau on a free transfer following his exploits with the junior team.

He joined the French side in 2018 on a four-year deal from Ghanaian side Attram D'Visser Academy and has since impressed the technical handlers by netting six goals and assisting four in just 11 games.

He was a key of a cog of the Black Starlets squad which qualified for the U-17 championship in Niger in 2018 but could not pass the external MRI Scan.

He is well regarded in French youth football and has already been watched by Paris Saint Germain, Olympique Lyons, and Marseille.
