Left-back Imoro Ibrahim swoops Kotoko ‘Player of the Month award
Left-back Imoro Ibrahim has been named as Asante Kotoko’s ‘Player of the Month’ for February in the Ghana Premier League.
The youngster has enjoyed a good campaign in the past month after putting up impressive performances in matches that he played in.
His best performance in the past month came during Kotoko’s clash against Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
In that match, Imoro Ibrahim scored with a fantastic free-kick that helped his club to defeat the Hunters 3-1.
He walks away with the ‘Player of the Month’ award with 61 percent of the counts, beating competition from Christopher Nettey who came second with 22 percent, while goalkeeper Kwame Baah followed suit in 3rd with third with 17 percent.
