Liberty Professionals held by Wa All Stars in pre-season friendly
Liberty Professionals continued their preparations for the new season with a 1-1 draw against Wa All Stars in a pre-season friendly at the Patang Presby Park on Sunday.
Both sides used the game to fine tune their squad for the start of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League on December 27-29, 2019.
Liberty took the lead in the 63rd minute with a close range finish beating experienced goalkeeper and former Black Stars No. 1 Fatau Dauda.
However, seven minutes later, the hosts levelled with a free-kick.
Last week, the Scientific Soccer lads came from an early goal down to draw 1-1 with Okyeman Planners at the All Nations University school park in Koforidua.
