Match Report: Liberty Professionals produce spirited performance to beat Ebusua Dwarfs
Liberty Professionals produced a spirited performance to seal their first win after defeating Ebusua Dwarfs 2-1 on match day four of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.
After a goalless first half, both teams improved immensely with Ebusua Dwarfs opening the scoring through Seidu Abubakar in the 69th minute of the game.
However, Liberty levelled the score courtesy Alhassan Mubarak strike four minutes later.
Rudolf Mensah grabbed the match-winner for Liberty Professionals to hand them their first victory of the on-going season after a mix start so far.
The result means Ebusua Dwarfs have suffered their fourth straight defeat of the season and will need to bounce back from their poor run of results in their upcoming games.
