Ghanaian international Nana Opoku Ampomah has popped up on the radar of Turkish giants Besiktas despite his unimpressive maiden season with Fortuna Düsseldorf.
The winger completed a transfer to the German Bundesliga club in the summer transfer window of 2019 from Belgian Jupiler Pro League club Waasland-Beveren.
Unfortunately for the Ghana forward, he has not been able to live up to the expectations that surrounded his 4 million Euros transfer.
Injuries have been his bane in his first season forcing him to feature in only 12 German Bundesliga games.
Nowadays, he is struggling to even earn playing time with reports suggesting that he might be offloaded at the end of the 2019/2020 season.
Footballghana.com checks have uncovered that Besiktas is interested in the services of Nana Opoku Ampomah and will try to sign him when the summer transfer window comes around.
Meanwhile, a move back to Belgium to play for Club Brugge is also likely to happen.
