New Edubiase CEO Alex Ackumey shifts focus from officiating complaints to preparation for Division One League Super Cup

New Edubiase CEO Alex Ackumey has declared that the club has put an end to their grievances about poor officiating in the Division One League.

In an interview with Peace FM, monitored by Footballghana.com, Ackumey expressed that their complaints have not yielded any positive results, leading them to adopt a new approach for the upcoming season.

Ackumey also confirmed New Edubiase's participation in the fourth edition of the Division One League Super Cup, which will take place in Sunyani at the Nsoatre Park. He emphasized that the team is eager to use the Super Cup as a platform to prepare for the upcoming season.

"Yes we are ready (Super Cup). When we completed the league there are a lot of things that we were not happy about we have left everything behind. We don't want to say anything again we have talked a lot and we are tired we have cut everything we want to focus and prepare for another season," he said.

"A lot of things went on as I said we have talked a lot about it when you say it nothing happens so we don't want to say anything again when you say it people have blocked their ears. We have decided and we don't want to say what it is we have done that in secret we will be focus going into the next season different approach we can't say anything about that now.

"We have completed the league and are in the mandatory rest period then we got the program of the Super Cup it is something that we were looking forward to because every year we don't play our focus is to take the league we will use the Super Cup to prepare for the season. We will resume on Friday camping. Players we have identified the young ones and the players clubs have shown interest we will allow them to leave so that we prepare for the Super Cup,"
