NSA Boss Hon. Hebert Sarfo tell Black Starlets to remain focused
National Sports Authority Boss Honourable Hebert Sarfo Mensah has asked the National under-17 team to stay focus to deliver Ghana a world cup berth.
Ghana is a win away from qualifying for the world cup in India this year. The twinkle twinkle little stars thrashed Cameroon 4-0 in their group opener and will play host Gabon on Tuesday.
“First of all I want to congratulate all of you. The Minister has also extended his gratitude, he says he thank you for making Ghana proud from your first game,” he the team ahead of their game against Gabon
“Ghanaians are behind you and are praying for you to go all the way to win the ultimate,”
“The minister also asked me to tell you to do all you can to qualify for the world cup in India in October,”
“He says any outstanding obligation will be settled but he wants you to remain focused.”
Ghana last qualified for the world Cup in 2007 and are ready to make a strong come on the world stage.
